Tables & Chairs for up to 225 people at Reception (Sixteen 5ft round tables, eighteen 8ft rectangular tables), Linen Table Cloths and Linen Napkins, Venue managing service, Busing service throughout the evening, Outdoor Bar, Two Bridal Suits, Heat/Air conditioning and permanent restrooms inside the barn, Cake table, Gift table, Food tables, etc., Both upstairs & downstairs of the barn, Use of the grounds outside for lawn games or pictures, Bonfire area with wood provided, cleaning of the facility before & after the event!

*Bartender Packages are offered through the barn, but you can bring in your own alcohol and catering*
